1. How do I book a 422 Intima experience?

Booking is simple. You select your experience, complete payment, and immediately receive your confirmation. From there, you’ll receive a link to begin the process. No back-and-forth. No waiting.
Just a clear start.

2. What happens after I book?

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to begin your experience process.

This includes scheduling your initial connection. From there, everything moves seamlessly.

3. What is the first call for?

The initial call is a short, focused moment to understand:

  • your current state

  • what you’re looking for

  • what would feel right for you

It’s not an interview.
It’s alignment.

4. How long is the first call?

The first call is approximately 5 minutes. It can take place via:

  • video

  • audio

  • or live chat

What matters is that it’s live and direct.

5. Can I book for more than one person?

Yes. Each experience is designed to move smoothly, whether you’re alone or with someone. One or two people are included at the same rate.
This allows for flexibility without changing the structure of the experience.

6. What if we are more than two?

Starting from a third person, an additional fee of $50 per person applies.

7. Why does the pricing change for larger groups?

Because the experience shifts. With one or two people, the flow remains simple and precise.
From three and beyond, coordination, pacing, and space selection require additional consideration. We adjust the design to ensure the experience still feels:

  • intentional

  • fluid

  • and well-paced

8. Is there a maximum group size?

For groups of more than six, experiences are handled through custom arrangements. This allows us to design something that holds the same level of clarity and control, without compromise.

9. Can the experience still feel personal in a group?

Always. We don’t scale by adding more places.
We scale by adjusting how the experience moves.

10. When is payment required?

Payment is made at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is completed.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods, including:

  • credit cards

  • debit cards

Additional options may be available depending on your location.

12. Is the follow-up call required?

No. A 10-minute follow-up is available if you’d like to:

  • review your itinerary

  • refine your outfit or beauty direction

  • ask any final questions

It’s entirely optional.

13. What should I expect from the experience?

14. What if I don’t know what I want?

That’s exactly when this works best.

✧ Itinerary & Follow-Up

1. When will I receive my itinerary?

Your curated itinerary is delivered up to 72 hours after your alignment session, once all elements are confirmed.

2. Can I make changes after receiving my itinerary?

Yes. You are given access to a 10-minute optional follow-up session within 48 hours of receiving your itinerary to:

  • refine details

  • ask questions

  • adjust elements if needed

3. What will I receive?

You’ll receive a structured itinerary that includes:

  • clear timing

  • selected locations

  • transition guidance

  • optional suggestions (what to order, how to move, when to leave)

Everything is designed to feel natural and easy to follow.

4. How many activities are included?

We focus on quality over quantity.

  • Short experiences (2–6 hours): up to 3 movements

  • Full day or weekend experiences: typically 3 to 8 moments

We don’t overload your time.

Transitions are coordinated for you, so you can stay fully within the moment.

Availability is based on location compatibility and our ability to design with precision.

2. Why don’t you offer every location?

Because we don’t guess. Each experience is built on understanding:

  • the environment

  • the culture

  • the movement of the space

We expand only where we can maintain that standard.

3. Can I request specific places?

You can share preferences. However, selections are curated based on:

  • flow

  • timing

  • and overall coherence

We prioritize what works best within the experience.

✧ Rescheduling & Cancellation

1. Can I reschedule my experience?

Yes. We understand that plans shift.

  • First reschedule: complimentary

  • Second reschedule: 10% adjustment

  • Third reschedule: 25% adjustment

This helps us keep the process smooth while respecting the time reserved for you.

2. What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your start time.

  • 24 hours or more: fully refundable or reschedulable

  • Less than 24 hours: a 25% fee applies

3. Why is there a 24-hour window?

Each experience is prepared in advance and held specifically for you. This window allows us to maintain quality and availability without compromising the experience.

4. Is there any flexibility for last-minute changes?

We’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible. However, adjustments made within 24 hours may be subject to the standard fee, as preparation is already in motion.
